Move the business, not just the furniture
An office move is measured in downtime, not in boxes. From server racks and sensitive records to ergonomic chairs and monitor arms, every asset has to be accounted for, moved and put back exactly where somebody expects to find it on Monday morning. Our office relocation service is built around that constraint.
We plan the move as a project with a single point of contact, a written sequence, and a cutover window agreed with your IT team. Most of our commercial work happens on a Friday evening or a Saturday, so that the first working day in the new space is a normal one.
What is included
- Asset tagging. Every item is labeled against a floor plan of the new office, so unpacking is placement rather than guesswork.
- IT handling. Machines are shut down properly, cables are bagged with the device they belong to, and racks travel in purpose-built cases.
- Records and confidentiality. Files travel in sealed, numbered crates with a signed chain of custody.
- Furniture. Desks and storage are dismantled, moved and reassembled by the same crew.
- Storage. Anything the new space cannot take yet goes into secure storage rather than into a corridor.
Sequencing
The order matters more than the speed. We move the network and the server room first so that IT can begin testing while the furniture is still arriving; desks go in by department, not by truckload; and the last thing off the vehicle is always the kit somebody needs at nine the next morning.
By reducing the disruption to your daily operations, we make sure the business keeps trading through the move — which is, in the end, the only measure that matters.
