Moving raises the same questions every time. Here are the answers we give at the survey, before anyone asks.

Yes — full packing, partial packing, or materials only. A full pack means we bring the boxes, paper and tape, wrap everything from the crockery to the wardrobes, and label each box by room and contents. Partial packing usually covers the kitchen and anything fragile, and leaves the rest to you.
Two to four weeks is comfortable, and longer through the summer and at the end of a month, when demand is highest. Booking early costs nothing and holds the date; we can still take short-notice jobs, but the choice of slots narrows quickly.

We do, from a few days to several months, in a secured and climate-controlled facility. Everything is inventoried and photographed on the way in, and you get a copy. Delivery out of storage needs about forty-eight hours' notice.
Yes, though each is booked as a specialist item so we can send the right crew and equipment. Pianos and safes need extra hands and stair-climbing gear; aquariums need to be drained and the livestock rehoused for the day. Tell us early and it is routine.
