Yes — full packing, partial packing, or materials only. A full pack means we bring the boxes, paper and tape, wrap everything from the crockery to the wardrobes, and label each box by room and contents. Partial packing usually covers the kitchen and anything fragile, and leaves the rest to you.

Two to four weeks is comfortable, and longer through the summer and at the end of a month, when demand is highest. Booking early costs nothing and holds the date; we can still take short-notice jobs, but the choice of slots narrows quickly.

Four things: the volume of what is moving, the distance, the access at both ends, and the services you want on top of transport. We survey the property — in person or over video — and give you a written estimate that itemizes each of those. Nothing is added afterwards unless you ask for it.

Every job carries basic liability cover as standard, and you can add full-value protection for a fixed premium. If something is damaged, tell us within seven days and we will repair, replace or settle it. We photograph high-value items before they are loaded, which makes that conversation short.
